Hi, I’m Erin!


I am a mom, a wife, a wanna-be organizer, and a registered dietitian. I know what it feels like to be stuck in negativity and frustration with my body and my weight. With a master's degree in Nutrition, I knew what I was "supposed" to do, but I didn't always know how to do it in a way that was easy and manageable.

Figuring out how to think about food and my body set me free from the mental drama and the roller-coaster between restriction and overeating. It is the best gift I've ever given myself, and I want to share that same gift with anyone who is struggling! I hope you will join me.
